1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Random Pussies (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The service
Random Pussies is an app for swiping through an endless stream of random cat photos and saving your favourites. We offer it "as is" and continuously work to improve it. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Your account
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know promptly at support@rpp.app if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
We keep Random Pussies friendly. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute the imagery or content at scale.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the app.
5. Content & intellectual property
The Random Pussies name, logo, wordmark, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. The cat photography is licensed to us or used under permission from its owners. You may enjoy this content within the app for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. The cats
All cats featured are very good. We make no guarantee as to their willingness to be photographed, their opinion of you, or their availability for chin scratches. Cat behaviour is inherently unpredictable and outside our reasonable control.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Random Pussies and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free app, is typically zero.
9. Termination
You may stop using Random Pussies at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
